Airflow crushing involves accelerating gas through nozzles and injecting it into a crushing zone, where the material becomes fluidized (the gas expands and forms a fluidized bed that suspends and boils, causing collisions).

    In the crushing zone, particles accelerated by the airflow collide at the intersection of the nozzles and are crushed. The crushed material is then transported by the upward airflow to the classification zone, where a vertically arranged classifier wheel screens out the fine powder that meets the particle size requirements. Coarse powder that does not meet the size requirements is returned to the crushing zone for further grinding.

    Fine powder that meets the size requirements enters a high-efficiency separator for collection. The dust-laden gas is purified through a collection device, a secondary protective filter, and a tertiary inlet filter before re-entering the air compressor, thus achieving the recycling of gas.
